It was a pleasure working with Sara to organise an author visit at Kirkcaldy Galleries. Sara’s enthusiasm and excellent communications made for a very efficient booking process. Sara was very active in arranging promotional flyers, creating regular and impactful social media posts and organised a book seller and photographer for the event.

As quite a few in the audience hadn’t read Blood Red Sky, Sara’s talk focussed on Reading and the Power of Community without giving away any spoilers. Her time-keeping was spot on. Sara engaged the audience throughout with a thought-provoking and honest account of her experience writing Blood Red Sky. There were some lovely personal insights and humorous moments too, and Sara handled  the Q&A session very well.

Guests at the event commented on how well organised the event was; how friendly, relaxing and welcoming they found the venue; and how they’d like more of these types of events.
